• Computation of Form 3A & 6A for PF and 5 & 6 for ESI

Client’s Responsibility

• Employee details
• Basis of Leave Encashment/Bonus/Medical/Reimbursement/LTA or any other allowance.
• Salary structure & percentage of each component of Salary
• PF, ESI numbers of all the employees
• Bank account details in respect of all employees.
• Attendance details/Leave details
